A beautiful flower owes its beauty to green leaves supporting it.

The flower garden of the art of the people with disabilities will be dazzling with flowers in full bloom 

thanks to the efforts of the unassuming art teachers of the Korean Art Association of 

the Disabled who devote their all to valuable dreams, happy laughter and bright future of those with disabilities.

아름다운 꽃도 그것을 받쳐주는 푸른 잎이 있기에 더 활짝 피여날수 있다.

장애자들의 소중한 꿈을 위하여, 그들의 밝은 웃음과 미래를 위하여 자기들의 모든것을 다 바쳐가고 있는 

조선장애자예술협회의 예술지도교원들의 숨은 노력에 의해 장애자예술의 화원은 만발할것이다.
