This year the Korean Art Association of the Disabled places emphasis on creating new dance pieces. 

Though sangmo dance and drum dance, the folk dances of the Korean nation, 

which need quick tempo and rhythm, are very difficult for persons with hearing impairments, 

the association is hastening to finish the training of the dances to satisfy the Korean people`s feelings.

조선장애자예술협회에서는 새해에 들어와 작품창조사업을 활발히 벌려나가고있다.

빠른속도와 박자를 요구하는 민족무용 상모춤과 북춤은 청력장애자들에게 있어서 

어려운창조과제이지만 협회에서는 우리 인민의 감정정서에 맞게 훌륭히 형상해내기 위하여 훈련을 다그치고있다.
