The Economic and Cultural Centre for the Deaf and Blind has continued the effort of shooting 

the sign language subtitle for persons with hearing impairments. It has already uploaded more than 500 multimedia with 

sign language subtitles to the national network. Throughout browser on network, persons with hearing 

impairments are free to see multimedia showing common knowledge, features, introduction, and literary and artistic presentations.

Not content with these laurels, the sign language announcers improve their qualifications 

through transfer of techniques, exchanges of experience and practical training. On this basis, they ensure that shooting for 

the sign language subtitle is conducted on a high level.

조선롱맹경제문화교류사에서는 청력장애자들을 위한 손말자막촬영을 계속 진행하여 현재까지 국내망에 의한 

TV다매체열람기에 500여건의 손말자막편집물들을 적재하였다. 청력장애자들은 열람기를 통하여 자기들에게 

필요한 상식, 특집, 소개, 문예물 등의 편집물들을 자유롭게 열람하고있다.

손말방송원들은 이러한 성과에 만족하지 않고 기술이전, 경험교환, 실기훈련 등을 통하여 

자신들의 자질을 높여나가고 있으며 그에 토대하여  손말촬영을 높은 수준에서 보장하고있다.
